Custom die cut labels are made with paper, vinyl, and white BOPP sheets. As the name suggests, all labels are cut with a die that follows your brand icon precisely.
You get a label that displays your branding. It comes with adhesive, and it can be applied on almost any surface.
Major types of die cut labels include die cut vinyl labels, die cut roll labels, blank die cut labels, die cut bottle labels, and die cut paper labels.
By construction, these are some types of die cuts.
Another difference occurs at production. Most of the die cut labels orders are produced in bulk. Individual label production is not very scalable.
Die cut labels can be produced on roller or on sheet. The die cut sheet labels can be easier to make, store, and ship. A label sheet for die cuts is also easier to use.
Though all types of die cut labels are affordable in bulk, they may be costly for smaller orders.
